I recently did on-air promo spots, with two other puppeteers, for "The Addams Family" on Nick at Nite's TV Land. Here's the premise for the spots: TV Land has discovered long lost footage of auditions for "Thing." Mind you, these are the "Things" who didn't get the job -- so they drop the props, can't snap their fingers in time to the theme song, etc. It's really a great idea! Below is a picture of me hard at work, squished under a table (so what else is new?).
