Let's face it: this is one of the greatest Muppets ever. Frank Oz's terrific performance of the character made Cookie a star, but he's also a fabulous puppet simply because of his wonderfully spare design. He's just a big bag of fur with eyes and a mouth. And those googly eyes -- fantastic!
