The Lyon Puppets' third tradeshow outing for Moore North America was a return visit to Atlantic City for MAILCOM 99 in April of 1999. Once again, Bob was the protagonist, this time struggling with new responsibilities as his company's document processing manager.

Above left, Bob's nemesis for the show, the Data Queen, an over-priced and under-helpful consultant that Bob's boss Mr. McFarland, seen at the right, initially brings in to help him. Needless to say, she doesn't work out, and Jane, the Moore representative, saves the day.
