MISCELLANEOUS

As a puppeteer, I do lots of things that sort of defy easy categorization. Well, that's what this page is for. I've been a designer/builder for other people, done lots of live appearances for projects big and small, and generally plied my trade as a puppeteer and creative person everywhere I could. On this page you'll find links to samples of some of those varied efforts.

Live Theatre:
Avenue Q, the Tony Award-winning musical for which I designed and built the puppets,
and in which I was an original cast member. It ran on Broadway from 2003 to 2009,
and is now running off-Broadway.

Designing/Building Puppets for Other People's Projects:
Guiding Light; Holzer Clinic "Spokesbear"; English Phrase of the Day;
The Jewish Heritage Series; VH1 Pilot;
Pinatta's View; Lily Bloom; Ukrainian Power Videos;
Nickelodeon (Stick Stickly); Comedy Central (pilot);
The Magic Schoolbus live tour; "PNN" (PBS pilot);
Theatre of the Enchanted Forest (live children's theatre)

Live Appearances:
Rex and Rita Saurus, incl. with Barabara Bush and Jimmy Stewart;
for the Muppets at The London Royal Variety, the New Victory Theatre grand opening,
the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and with Harry Belafonte at a Save The Children benefit;
Times Square 2000.

The BMI-Lehman Engle Musical Theatre Workshop:
I spent a year in this prestigious program as a composer/lyricist.
Info about it can be found here.

Workinging for Other People's Puppet Companies:
Pandemonium Puppet Company; Pickwick Puppets, Perry Alley Theatre.
